Basic Principles

Hydrophilic polymers such as sodium carboxy-methyl-cellulose (CMC-Na) are mixed with gas and made reacted with water in the air to form stable and strong gel film on damaged sites (On-Site) for adhesion prevention, hemostasis and sealing.
¡ Versatility
Whereas traditional method requires to choose materials depending on the purpose, our device can realize (by one set) adhesion-prevention, hemostasis and sealing using the same material only by changing mixing conditions (chemical and physical conditions) during surgery.
¡ Operability
¡ Safety
Compared with the existing hemostatic agent: fibrin agent that was discontinued because risk of infection, our device has no risk of infection as we use safe mateial (CMC-Na) and PEG.
